Registered Counsellor / Psychotherapist / Relationship & Communication Specialist

 

Hello, I’m Roberta, and I’m passionate about helping people build stronger, healthier, and more loving relationships—with others and with themselves. With years of experience supporting individuals, particularly with their relationships,  I’ve come to believe that the way we connect—with partners, family members, friends, or colleagues—has a profound impact on our wellbeing. My role is to help you understand those patterns, uncover what's getting in the way, and develop new ways of relating that feel more honest, safe, and fulfilling.My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and inclusive. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens.

Professional Bio:

Roberta holds a postgraduate qualification in trauma informed counselling and retrained as a counsellor after more than a decade of experience in working in the corporate sector. She divides her time between private practice, EAP (Employment Assistance Programme) and working in community metal health. She has a broad range of personal and professional life experiences from which she draws and operates through a humanistic culturally sensitive lens. Roberta has a special interest in empowering people to move through challenging life transitions.
